What is your price match policy?

 

Upon request, Kohl's stores will match a competitor's in-store price and will also match Kohls.com pricing (which sometimes varies from Kohl's store prices) on an identical item as outlined below. Kohl's stores do not price match competitors' online pricing.

What do I need to get a price matched at a Kohl’s Store?

Kohls.com Online Price – Present your mobile device showing the identical product at the current Kohls.com price to which you desire the store to match. A Kohl’s store associate will verify the match using a Kohl’s device.

Competitor In-Store Price - Present a print copy of a competitor’s local ad showing the identical product at the current price to which you desire the store to match. Please be sure that the ad includes a description of the item and the competitor’s current/valid retail or sale price.

Price Match Exclusions

  • Coupon-excluded merchandise is not eligible for price match.
  • Prices advertised, by Kohl’s or a competitor, during the week of Thanksgiving and the week after (11/24/19 – 12/8/19) will not be matched.

 

More Details

  • Promotional offers, $-off and/or %-off coupons cannot be applied to a price-matched product.
  • You can earn/redeem Kohl’s Cash and Kohl’s Rewards on price-matched products.
  • Kohl’s reserves the right to limit quantities and to otherwise exercise discretion in the application of this policy.

 

What about Kohls.com Orders?

The Kohls.com service center will price match direct competitors' (non-wholesale retailers with physical stores and online presence) online price (following the same exclusions and details above) for a product as long as the competitor's product is identical to that sold on Kohls.com, the price is verifiable on the competitor's website and the competitor's product is new and in-box. Any unverifiable details will result in denial of the price-matching request.
