What are price adjustments?

Basically, a price adjustment is a refund! In certain cases, we'll give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later.

If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:

• You bought the item on sale or at regular price.
• Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid.
  Please note: You must contact Customer Service and request a price adjustment while the item is still at the further reduced price.
• You have the original, dated sales receipt.
• The item is not a Clearance markdown.
• The item is not Kohl's Cares cause merchandise.
• The item was not purchased as a Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
• The item is not a current Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
• The item is not an excluded product. For a complete list of these merchandise exclusions, click here or look for the signs in our stores.
• Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments during the week of Thanksgiving and the week following (11/22/20 – 12/5/20).

If you bought the item online at Kohls.com and you're eligible for a price adjustment, chat us using the "Ask Us" button at the bottom of the page or visit your nearest Kohl's store.

If you bought the item at a Kohl's store (Including items purchased online and picked up in store) and you're eligible for a price adjustment, please visit the Customer Service Desk at that location with your receipt.

*Price matching and price adjustments are not available on excluded merchandise. For a complete list of these merchandise exclusions, click here or look for signs in our stores.

*We cannot process a price adjustment for a promotion code that was not valid when an online order was placed. Further, any promo codes applied to your original purchase must still be valid in order to apply them to the new sale price.

*A credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your account. Credit timeframes can vary based on bank processing times. For additional information, please contact your bank.
