Can I cancel or change my order?
Typically an order can only be canceled within approximately 15 minutes* from the time it was placed. We work very hard to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore there is only a very short period of time to cancel an order.
If there is an issue with the order such as errors to the shipping address, incorrect item quantity or the order was placed without a promo code or discount, we may be able to help. Please contact a Customer Service representative so we can help.
*The 15 minute grace period does not apply to Buy Online, Free Store Pickup, Free Ship to Store, Same Day Delivery or Free Drive Up orders.
How to Cancel Your Order
Step 1:
While logged in to your Kohls.com shopping profile, click View Recent Orders.
Step 2:
Find the order you wish to cancel from the list of recent orders and click “Manage Order”.
Step 3:
Click the “Cancel Order” button.
Step 4:
Verify the order has been canceled. You should see the below screen if your order has been successfully canceled. When viewing your recent orders, the status should now say “Canceled”.
