Shipping Charges

Kohl’s offers FREE standard shipping everyday with a minimum purchase amount. To save on shipping costs with no minimum purchase amount, you can order items using the Buy Online, Free Store Pickup option. When visiting our stores, all orders placed on the Kohls.com Kiosk include FREE standard shipping.

The chart below shows our shipping rates.

**** Orders placed by 1:00PM (local time) will be delivered by 8:00PM.
*** Same Day Delivery is only available in select markets and may not be available in your area. 
** 1 Day and 2 Day shipping is not available on all items listed on Kohls.com. 
* Shipping charges are calculated after all discounts are applied and prior to tax being added.

Certain larger or oversized items may include a shipping surcharge, in addition to any standard shipping charge that may apply. Items that include a shipping surcharge will be indicated on the product page. 

Shipping Times 

The chart below shows our shipping time frame. Orders placed after 1:00PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) 

*** 1 Day and 2 Day shipping is not available on all items listed on Kohls.com.
** Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii will be sent using Standard Ground only. Expedited shipping is not available.
* Orders placed after 1:00PM (local time) will be fulfilled and delivered the next day. 

Multiple Packages

Kohl’s tries very hard to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore at times, orders may be divided into multiple shipments. Be sure to subscribe to shipping notifications to ensure you know when your packages will arrive. You will receive an email once your order has been fulfilled with links to track your packages. 

Alaska and Hawaii Customers

Due to air transport safety regulations, certain items (Ex: pressurized spray cans, hairspray, and nail polish) that contain regulated or hazardous materials can’t be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Items that we are unable to ship to these destinations should be listed on the product page.
